Sunday provided a beautiful but harsh backdrop for a little surfing. The wind died down overnight, and just never really picked up during the day, so the waves weren’t too great, but it was beautiful. The surfers got a few nice longboard rides. The wave breaks and flattens out quick, so you have to stay with the whitewater for a little and let the inside section start to form and wall up. But overall, its a fun wave that breaks right aside a jetty, and has a nice calm channel to paddle out through. Its that or the private beaches and dealing with a crazy lady.

Gotta get all we can while the water is still relatively warm.
